Before subscribing to one of our various packages, please read through the entire FAQ section below, as there are important guidelines to know about when selecting, claiming, upgrading, and cancelling packages!
*Please Note: When Claiming Perks
DO NOT keep reward items on your character for any reason. Kindly store them immediately in a cargo container. DO NOT claim perks right before a restart or when transferring servers. If your inventory "bugs out", please dump perks in a container before attempting to respawn. Killing your character will fix the inventory "bug". Failure to follow the above steps may result in loss of rewards
Q: Do I have to link my Steam & Discord accounts to proceed with purchasing a package?
A: Yes, it is required to link those accounts to receive your package rewards. Signing into the wrong account may result in not receiving the rewards. Please sign in with your correct account info.
Q: Can I gift a package to a friend?
Sadly no, we've had some issues with the gifting system and have disabled it for the time being.
Q: What if I forget to claim my packages for one or more months?
A: Unfortunately, the system doesn't keep track of past claims. We recommend all members find time each month to log in and claim perks or cancel if on a break from the game.
Q: How do I claim my packages?
A: All deliverable items are automatically delivered into your Dockyard.
Q: How do I claim multiple packages?
A: Please purchase each package one at a time to avoid any system issues.
Q: When can I claim my package?
A: Packages can be claimed shortly after purchase. Subscription packages reset on the anniversary date of purchase (same day each month).
Q: How do I receive my special Discord role?
A: Roles can be claimed through a ticket in our Discord or using a Discord commands if you have connected your in game account to Discord.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Of course, you can cancel at any time. Please make sure to claim all rewards BEFORE cancelling. Please note that once your subscription runs out, you will lose any additional perks or "service" items, as those are not permanent.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Once a package has been subscribed to, it becomes incredibly difficult to issue a refund. If you have any doubts, please do not claim the package in-game. Once claimed, a refund may no longer be an option. Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and per regional laws. Please make a ticket on Discord.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: In your initial signup email, Tebex provides a link to manage your subscriptions. That is where you can see payment history, the status of your subscriptions, and cancel. To make it easy for everyone, here it is that link again. https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login
Q: I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get multiple months refunded?
A: Think of our service similar to that of any other online game subscription or streaming service. You need to be diligent and conscious of what recurring payments you are making. We will try our best to always be fair; however, it is best to remember to cancel your subscription if you're going to take a break from the game.
